Our HUD-Certified counselors and advocates can assist you in evaluating foreclosure PREVENTION options.
A comprehensive 6-12 month financial education series which meets monthly on a virtual platform, and designed for potential homebuyers within 1 year of being mortgage ready.
A requirement for DPA (down-payment/homebuyer assistance) recipients to aid in the continued sustainability of homeownership and navigating real-life circumstances that may arise as a new homeowner. Completed around 3-6 months following the purchase of a new home. No fee for City of Greensboro’s DPA recipients, and HCG will follow up with clients to register.

If you are a current participant on the 2024 list, we will reach out to you via Newsletter when our workshop dates are released.*** Due to upcoming changes for the NAR set to be implemented for Realtors on August 17th and City of Greensboro preparing the release of new guidelines with that in mind, please anticipate a mandatory workshop in September 2024. We will continue to work diligently to keep you informed and up to date!
