Neris Pena
Neris came to the United States from the Dominican Republic with a dream and knowing very little English, but her relatability and the opportunity to reflect on her life’s obstacles has allowed her to become an advocate for the communities that HCG serves. A true believer of self-growth through mindfulness, Neris caters to aiding HCG’s clients in their own self-awareness and understanding the root of their current financial situations. Her approach allows clients to tap into their inner ability to achieve financial and personal goals with a newfound perspective and approach. She instills hope, and challenges clients to believe in themselves and the capacity to transform their own reality. With over 20 years of banking experience in the mortgage servicing industry, 10 years have been devoted to her passion as a HUD certified counselor. Neris has aided hundreds of families in avoiding foreclosure and since 2019 has assisted over 1200 families in becoming homeowners through the Triad’s DPA programs. Her willingness to share her authentic self allows her to be of service to others, we’ve all gained so much wisdom from her.
When Neris is devoting time to herself and daughter, you’ll find them splashing in the pool and enjoying nature. Neris also has a deep love of cooking for her family and if you love to dance, she makes a fabulous salsa partner!
