Jessica’s relationship with Housing Consultants Group began years ago when she enrolled in our Financial Education Workshop, seeking tools to strengthen her financial foundation and build a better future. With determination, focus, and the support of our team, Jessica applied the skills she learned—budgeting, credit building, long‑term planning—and transformed them into tangible, life‑changing milestones.

- And now, she’s become a community leader.
From Then To Now.
Today, Jessica successfully runs her own home‑based business, Early Bright Learning, demonstrating how financial stability can spark entrepreneurship, creativity, and economic mobility. Her lived experience—once a workshop participant, now a thriving business owner and homeowner—embodies the pathway we work tirelessly to create for every client we serve.
Jessica also brings a powerful professional perspective to the Board as a former educator, a core demographic within our client community. Her deep understanding of the challenges and strengths of working families enriches our vision for building more equitable pathways to housing and financial security.
Her leadership reinforces the ripple effect we strive to ignite. When one person gains access to tools and support, they not only strengthen their own future—they often feel called to uplift others. Jessica’s story is that ripple at work.
