Lender, Realtor, & Housing Professionals Training

Make Homeownership Possible for More Individuals and Families with Down Payment Assistance Programs.
Housing Consultants Group (HCG) partners with local housing professionals to expand access to homeownership by educating and equipping our housing partners to offer local down payment assistance (DPA).
Through our partnership with City of Greensboro’s and City of High Point’s Homebuyer Assistance (DPA) programs, we provide lender training and application support to confidently guide homebuyers through these local programs—helping more homebuyers overcome one of the biggest barriers to purchasing a home—down payment and closing costs.
HCG is proud of our extensive network of partners who embrace the importance of sustainable homeownership, financial stability, and pathways to generational wealth—all of which are core to our mission.
*Program benefits, eligibility, and funding vary by program. To partner, interested lenders must meet participation criteria and complete certification through our Lender Workshop.
