Sofia S. Crisp
With 30 years as a Housing Professional, Sofia continues to break through glass ceilings and pave the way. Sofia specializes in providing financial education and educating first-time homebuyers to make homeownership more accessible. As a Realtor® Sofia also partners with non-profit development agencies to list homes supporting first-time homebuyers. This passion stirred her dreams and encouraged the foundation of Housing Consultant’s Group (HCG) in 2004, where she serves as Founder and Executive Director. Sofia felt it invaluable to the community she loves to provide a means of exceeding homeownership barriers, specializing in non-majority communities. HCG is a local non-profit, that creates a pathway for educating families Pre- and Post-Purchase through Housing Counseling and Financial Wellness Education. Sofia understands that generational wealth begins with homeownership for so many individuals and families, and she seeks to foster financial capabilities in others to make those dreams a reality.
