Post-Purchase Counseling
The Post-Purchase Class is designed for current homeowners, new and not-so new homeowners, and helps new homeowners transition during the first year, while also providing information on emergency planning and routine home maintenance–valuable information for anyone whose goal is to protect and preserve their home.
The course is held monthly on an engaging and interactive virtual platform for participants who received homebuyer downpayment assistance in the last year. Classes are held during a weekday in the evening and last up to 2 hours.
For a successful Post- Purchase Education program experience while using the virtual platform, it is highly recommended participants have access to a personal laptop or desktop computer with a quality, reliable internet connection.

For those not involved with downpayment assistance, or are not homeowners in Guilford County, a $100 fee is due at class registration.
