Post-Purchase Education

Post-Purchase Education is a course designed for new and seasoned homeowners. This course helps new homeowners navigating the transition of homeownership, and also provides critical information that is valuable to anyone with a goal of protecting and preserving their home. Preparedness and Sustainable Homeownership are key elements in this course.

This is a requirement for DPA recipients with City of Greensboro and High Point, but available and helpful to any current homeowners. This course is provided as an interactive and engaging virtual session, so you are highly encouraged to use a personal laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection and audio, when accessing the course.

Cost: Free to DPA recipients of Greensboro and High Point as a required fulfillment. $100 fee due at class registration for non-dpa recipients.

Location: A one-time, virtual session held on a weekday evening of each month, and lasts 1-2 hours.
